We also believe that traditional law firms aren't necessarily designed to serve individuals or small and medium-sized companies adequately. We have designed our approach with individuals and small to medium-sized companies in mind.   For example, we won't bill you hourly, and we are willing to partner with you on a fractional basis. This means we will "come on board"  and become part of a company's leadership team for as long as it takes to complete a transaction, resolve issues, negotiate matters with the government, or bring a company to complete legal compliance as required in its particular industry.   We  will then modify our relationship as the client desires after all initial goals have been completed.

The first step is for us to work with you and your employees, if that applies, at our expense, to undertake some due diligence to get to know you and your company and jointly determine your needs based on your size, industry and risk profile. This will also help us  determine together what our 90-day value assessment is for you or your company, which we will jointly revisit every 90 days to determine if the fee is appropriate based upon the value we provide. 

We can handle or help manage your business law needs, to include employment law, compliance, M&A, contracts, litigation, and other matters small, medium and large companies face today.  We also recognize that companies cannot always afford to eliminate ALL risks they might face, so, rather than overturn every rock, we will partner closely with our clients to determine unreasonable risks and, based on costs/benefits analyses, work together to eliminate those risks.
