Most recently, Andy served Media General, Inc., a publicly-held corporation, as its General Counsel, where he began serving in 2001. Andy has a broad range of experience in a highly-regulated industry, to include sophisticated business litigation, SEC management and compliance work, complex contracts and M&A. Andy graduated from Denison University and the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law.
Joe has served as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of two Fortune 300 companies over the last fifteen years and as Associate General Counsel to a third Fortune 300 company for the nine years prior. As a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Creighton University Law School, he has represented clients in more than forty federal trials involving matters regarding employment/labor law and contract/ business/ commercial matters and has vast experience in M&A, union matters, SEC compliance, HR compliance government investigations and negotiations, particularly with DOJ, SEC, EEOC, USDA/FDA, DOL, DOT and FINRA.
Tom graduated from Princeton University in 1978 and received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business in 1983, the same year he earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Tom is not only a lawyer and businessman but also an entrepreneur. As a lawyer, Tom has vast experience working with companies to assist them in plotting their growth strategy, then leading them through M&A. Tom has represented numerous venture capital and private equity funds and was an early advocate of a value-pricing methodology for clients, which CelsiusGC has embraced.
